Senator Lee to Testify on “Recess” Appointments

Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) will testify on Wednesday, February 1 at 9:30 a.m. ET before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. The topic will be Unchartered Territory:  What are the Consequences of President Obama’s Unprecedented  “Recess” Appointments? 

Senator Lee has recently voiced his supreme disappointment regarding the President’s unconstitutional executive appointments at the Senate Judiciary Committee and on the Senate floor.
